Maestro Ilayaraja sir is the sultan of chords and bgms. just listen to the prelude bgm of "kodai kala katre..." the fantastic shift from Achord to C minor etc is just midnblowing .the reverberating C#minor is just his creation for that mood. By far i think the best of the lot is the bgm in "valayosai kala kala....".
